Growth Portfolios Rebound as Benchmarks Slip
The July 24 update shows a sharp recovery in the US growth portfolios while all seven benchmarks finished lower. Six Mosaic strategies outperformed their benchmarks, three markets changed their selections and benchmark hedge levels ranged from about 8% to 18%.
USA100 gained 2.29% while its benchmark declined 0.69%. GEV entered the portfolio in place of GOOGL, joining MU, CAT, FDX and CSCO. The benchmark hedge eased to 7.63%.
Nasdaq100 delivered the strongest weekly result, advancing 9.17% against a benchmark loss of 0.48%. ROST replaced RKLB, while the benchmark hedge stood at 10.03%.
European results were mixed but generally stronger than their benchmarks. Europe50 slipped 0.17% versus -0.54% for the benchmark, with no selection change. Germany40 gained 0.79% while its benchmark fell 1.38%, also keeping the same five holdings.
Italy40 was the only portfolio to underperform its benchmark, declining 1.22% against -0.90%. UK100 gained 2.10% while its benchmark lost 0.51%. Both markets retained their existing selections.
Australia50 rotated into S32.AX and removed LYC.AX. The portfolio declined 0.41%, outperforming the benchmark loss of 0.90%. Its benchmark hedge remained the highest in the group at 17.88%.

Portfolio Message
The latest readings show selective portfolio strength despite uniformly negative benchmarks. The strongest relative gaps appeared in Nasdaq100, USA100 and UK100, while Italy40 remained the only market to trail its benchmark. The three new rotations should be evaluated through the next weekly confirmation rather than treated as stand-alone signals.
